Ingredients

  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper Finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 12 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Cans Black Beans
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Saute the Jalapeño, onion, and garlic in a small amount of olive oil.  Add the cumin.  Add 2 cans of black beans non-drained and heat through.  Super quick and easy!
